Shipping 

 1. How long does shipping take?

Please allow 3-4 business days for processing and allow 1-3 business days for product to be received. If your package has not been delivered please contact us and inquire about an update. A tracking number will be given the day the package is put in the mail. PFN is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen goods. If you have not received your package please file a claim with USPS or reach out to PFN and we will file a claim for you and keep you updated with the process. 

2. Do you deliver?

Delivery is an option if you are in the Atlanta or surrounding areas. If you prefer delivery please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order and we will give you updates on when your package will be delivered. 

Product 

 1. Are all products natural?

Yes, all products are 100% natural. No ingredients that you can't pronounce!

2. I'm not sure what is my skin type. How can I find out before purchasing?

Please refer to our 'What's My Skin Type' page. If you have further questions feel free to contact me. 

3. Are products safe for kids?

Yes, all products are safe for kids. However, a special kids line will be launching very soon for both boys and girls!

 

Returns

1. I am not satisfied with my product can I return it?

No, Pretty Face Naturals does not accept returns of any kind.

2. Can I exchange my order?

All sales are final, however, we will allow one exchange free of charge if you are not satisfied with the product within 14 days. Also, you can cancel orders up until 24 hours after order has been placed.
